With a roof replacement well underway, it was days before school officials noticed the roof screws had penetrated the concrete roof deck causing hundreds of spalled areas. With the opening of school days away, K-13 was utilized to conceal the riddled ceiling, but the school faculty never realized the hidden benefit in this solution. With over 11,000 square feet of surface area, the reverberation in the natatorium has been reduced by over 5 seconds. This application was completed in 7 days start to finish.
